down south
I am off on My long road trip to the lovely lush south. South Carolina to be exact, for a family reunion.
The Priestesses will be holding down the fort, as they say, at Holy Mountain. I return Monday, hopefully to host the return of Kinky Figure Drawing in the evening.
Amid getting ready for My trip and two computer hard drive crashes, things have been a bit chaotic. But never too much for a Lady of peaceful core to handle. I am the only techie person I know, unfortunately for Me. It's lonely having savvy. I need a tech slave. Anyone?
Well, sweet subbies, I will will hopefully see a number of you next week during sessions and for My next Domme Luncheon on Wednesday.

Dominant Massage
I just had a new way of thinking about a service I may offer. I call it Dominant Massage.
It would be an invigorating one hour session that combines gentle trampling, light to medium flogging and rapid-fire punches to the muscles that need it most.

back to life again
My health? Much better, thank you. I've even resumed my morning work out. Just a minor lingering cough left to tolerate until it leaves Me.
I must be honest, My sweet subbies, slaves and perverts: Sometimes running a BDSM studio makes Me tired of this business. I've found in the past 7 months that for every legitimate and sincere inquiry, most Dommes receive three or four from time wasters, wankers, men looking for prostitutes, or outright asses. With those odds one begins to look at every e-mail as a potential nothing, and one tends to stop being excited to answer one's phone. As Head Mistress I see all of it, and with the economy the way it is, it becomes frustrating. For Dommes, this is Our livelihood. You mess with that and your karma is going to drag you down.
I love this business. I adore truly submissive men. I wish there were more of you than (making a face as id smelling something awful) "them."
I've seen "them" cause one very good Domme to walk away, tired of the effort it takes to weed through the garbage. Why can't people just be real?
But let's return to the positive shall we? I'm all about remaining optimistic in this life.
I've found lately that I'm really enjoying My role as life coach to submissives. I noticed that one of My heroes (Sexy Sadist) is now getting Her certification to become an official Life Coach. How appropriate! Deep down in the Sadistic heart is a desire to help others.
So here is My instruction to you for today. Look at your daily habits. Find one small thing that is not helpful to your well-being, and may in fact be doing you some harm to yourself or someone else. This can be smoking, drinking too much coffee, eating donuts, listening to harsh inner voices, putting up with someone who repeatedly mispronounces your name, watching TV instead of doing that thing you've been wanting to do, putting off writing to Me (nudge nudge). Now stop the habit for one week. Just stop. Pretend that you're on a water wheel, and before you get dunked into that habit again, jump off.
That's it. One seemingly easy task (though it may be harder than it sounds). Do it for Mistress, and then write and tell Me about it in one week.

ill Mistress
Hello darlings,
I have been ill with a fever and body aches. My doctor advised me to stay away from everyone until next week so as not to spread this virus. I am beginning to feel a bit better. I will be taking appointments again by Tuesday.
